Radiology Education


Radiology Residency & Fellowships

Residet-PMH-ChoThe department has ACGME-accredited residency programs in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine and offers fellowships in Abdominal Imaging, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Radiology, Pediatric Radiology, Thoracic Imaging, Vascular and Interventional Radiology, and Women’s Imaging. The fellowships in Neuroradiology, Nuclear Radiology, Pediatric Radiology, and VIR are accredited by the ACGME.

Our expanding facilities and programs, supported by our excellent basic science and research divisions, enable us to offer unique and varied learning opportunities to residents and fellows in radiology. The training programs are designed to obtain the maximum benefit from the high volume of cases and from the broad range of pathology encountered at the various teaching hospitals affiliated with the program.


Radiology-Senior Medical Student Elective

studentsRadiology offers three senior elective courses:  Diagnostic Radiology (1501), Nuclear Medicine (1504) and Vascular and Interventional Radiology (1505).  For further information click on the web curriculum in Quick Links.


Radiology-Postgraduate Education

The department offers visiting fellowships for practicing radiologists in Body Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, MRI, and PET Imaging.


Graduate Program in Radiological Sciences
