UTHSC at Houston School of Public Health, Dallas Regional Campus

The largest regional campus of the UT School of Public Health is located on the campus of UT Southwestern, and this branch has a greater concentration of NIH funding than any other branch of the School. The School offers MS and PhD degree programs in public health (with a focus on statistics, epidemiology, health services research, and environmental health).

Currently, several faculty at the UT School of Public Health at Dallas have joint appointments at UT Southwestern and are members of the Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center. These faculty members direct and teach courses in epidemiology and health care economics; are active collaborators on research studies and grants with clinical investigators at UT Southwestern; and make presentations at and participate actively in the Department of Clinical Science's seminars and conferences.

Raul Caetano, MD, PhD, Dean of the Regional Campus at UT Southwestern, also serves as Dean of the UT Southwestern School of Health Professions, and as Tracking & Evaluation Program Director for UT-STAR.
