Summary

Diagnosis of Lisfranc fracture dislocations is achieved upon initial evaluation using standard x-rays and computed tomography. Those patients were treated with promary open reduction internal screw fixation. it is our standard of care to obtain x-rays of the affected foot postoperatively to ascertain reduction of fracture and any loss of integrity to our fixaiton construct.

Participant Eligibility

All patients who underwent open reduction internal fixation of Lisfranc fracture dislocations from January 1, 2005 to January 31, 2010 at Parkland Hospital and UT Southwestern Medical Center.
