Summary

This is a non-randomized longitudinal cohort study. up to 400patients and controls will be offered the opportunity to have basic cognitive tests (surveys, language and memory assessments) in the neurology clinic at uT Southwestern until 300 total subjects are enrolled. They will then be referred to the neuropsychology clinic (Bass building) for a full battery of tests (2-4 hours). This testing will occur within 4 weeks of initial assessment. Subjects and controls will be invited back to repeat testing every 4-6 months.

Participant Eligibility

Age 16 years or greater, including both men and women
Able to give informed consent, or surrogate able to provide consent
Able to return for follow up testing
