Summary

This is a retrospective chart review study. The researchers will review the charts and EMRs (Electronic Medical Records) of five transplant recipients with documented HLA(human leukocyte antigen) -DQ(protein found in the cells in the body ) or -DP (protein found in the blood) DSA(donor-specific antibodies) that received a renal transplant between the years of 2005-2010 at St. Paul University Hospital or Parkland Health and amp; Hospital System in Dallas, Texas. This information will be used to write a case report for publication in a scientific journal.



Participant Eligibility

Age 18 or older
Renal transplant male and female patients with pre-formed HLA-DQ antibodies or xDP DSA (donor specific antibodies) that received a deceased donor kidney transplant between 2005 and 2010 at St. Paul University Hospital or Parkland Health & Hospital System
All racial and ethnic groups will be included
