Evaluating Fatigue and Hope in Pediatric Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Recipients
Summary
Pediatric recipients of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, who meet inclusion criteria, after obtaining informed consent, will be asked to complete the PedsQL Multidimensional Fatigue Scale and The Childrens Hope Scale during a scheduled outpatient visit. The parent/guardian of the transplant recipient will also be asked to complete the fatigue survey. After data are collected on 25 subjects, they will be evaluated to determine incidence and severity of fatigue and if a correlation exists between hope and fatigue.
