Patients who consent to screening procedures through this consent tool will be evaluated by physicians or their designees to determine their eligibility for one or more clinical research protocols of the CoG Developmental Therapeutics/Phase i Consortium. While some tests and procedures are performed as part of usual and customary practices of standard medical care, other tests and procedures may be conducted primarily to establish eligibility for these clinical research protocols. These research procedures may include, but are not limited to, laboratory tests on blood, CSF, urine, or other specimens, radiographic and nuclear medicine studies, which may require the administration of contrast or a radioisotopic tracer, and bone marrow aspirates or biopsies.

Participant Eligibility

All patients are eligible to complete this screening tool. This site will only recruit patients through the age of 18.
