Summary

The study will consist of contacting the women who participated in the original SEDE trial by letter to find out if they would like to participate in this follow-up trial. The participants will be given the opportunity to complete a questionnaire via paper, by telephone or online. The survey will be used to collect information about their breast health outcomes.

Participant Eligibility

1. The participant must have participated in the original SEDE Clinical Trial.
2. Be female.
3. Be between 35 and 75 years of age at enrollment.
4. Participant must be able to read and speak English.
