This research project involves the storage and subsequent use of normal, healthy volunteers medical information in a computer supported database. Candidates for this research include: 1) subjects participating in other CTRC- and iRB-approved studies as normal volunteers, 2) people who volunteer to participate in future CMMCR research, and 3) people who have expressed willingness during telephone interviews to have their personal medical information used in retrospective chart reviews.
All subjects between the ages of 10 to 100 years who do not have a disorder of mineral metabolism and who volunteer to participate in IRB-approved research investigating disorders of mineral metabolism will be eligible for inclusion in the proposed database.
