Guest and Patient Services ambassadors are available to help make each patient’s hospital stay comfortable and pleasant. They give directions, answer questions and arrange such services as a personal escort, wheelchair and stretcher assistance.
Ambassadors also help coordinate hotel reservations, car rentals, taxis, airport transportation, food delivery, home health care, guest trays, translation services, hair care, birthdays and anniversaries, flowers, office-related services (typing, mail, faxing and notary), and videos and reading material.
Inpatients
The Guest and Patient Services Desk is located in the main lobby of each hospital.
Information is also available for memorial gifts honoring friends and loved ones.

Outpatients
Patient ambassadors are available to assist patients throughout their visit. Patients may find patient ambassadors in the lobbies of the Aston Building, the Seay Building, Clinical Building 1, the Outpatient Building and Professional Office Buildings 1 and 2.
