Parking
Patients may park in surface lots not designated "Reserve Parking", as well as an attached garage or with valet services.

Valet parking at Professional Office Buildings 1 and 2:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Fee: $5 with patient validation, $25 for vendors

Self-parking garage at Professional Office Buildings 1 and 2:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
  • Fee:
    • 0-20 minutes: free
    • 21 - 1 hour: $2
    • 1-3 hours: $3
    • 3 hours and longer: $5
  • Payment: Payable by cash, check, guest pass or token at the cashier booth.

Public Transportation
There is a DART bus stop in front of both buildings on Harry Hines Boulevard. Other public transportation is available to the UT Southwestern campus.

Shuttle Service
Once on campus, patients and visitors may ride UT Southwestern's free shuttle bus service to many of our buildings.

Driving Directions
The Professional Office Buildings 1 and 2 are located on the southwest corner of Harry Hines Boulevard and Record Crossing Road. For more detailed directions, see the table below or call 214-648-6264.

NOTE: Due to road construction taking place on Harry Hines Boulevard, Medical District Drive and Inwood Road, we encourage patients to add an additional twenty minutes to their expected drive time. (Updated: December 21, 2009)

From I-35E, traveling south (from Lewisville/Irving)

  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center 
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road 
  • Turn left at Inwood
  • Exit Harry Hines Boulevard northbound
  • The first stop light is Record Crossing, turn left  
  • The Professional Office Buildings are on the left
  • Valet and garage parking are available by the entrance facing Record Crossing

From I-35E, traveling north (from Duncanville/Lancaster)

  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road
  • Turn right at Inwood
  • Exit Harry Hines Boulevard northbound
  • The first stop light is Record Crossing, turn left  
  • The Professional Office Buildings are on the left
  • Valet and garage parking are available by the entrance facing Record Crossing

From US 75/Central Expressway

  • Take exit 1A to merge onto TX 366 W/Woodall Rodgers Freeway following signs to I-35E North to Denton
  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road
  • Turn right at Inwood
  • Exit Harry Hines Boulevard northbound
  • The first stop light is Record Crossing, turn left
  • The Professional Office Buildings are on the left
  • Valet and garage parking are available by the entrance facing Record Crossing

From Dallas North Tollway

  • Take Mockingbird exit
  • Bear right to Mockingbird intersection
  • Turn right at Mockingbird
  • Follow Mockingbird to Inwood Road
  • Turn left at Inwood
  • Exit Harry Hines Boulevard northbound
  • The first stop light is Record Crossing, turn left
  • The Professional Office Buildings are on the left
  • Valet and garage parking are available by the entrance facing Record Crossing

From Garland/Mesquite Area

  • Take I-30 W
  • Take exit 44A to merge onto I-35E North
  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road
  • Turn right at Inwood
  • Exit Harry Hines Boulevard northbound
  • The first stop light is Record Crossing, turn left
  • The Professional Office Buildings are on the left

From Fort Worth/Arlington Area

  • Take I-30 E/Tom Landry Highway
  • Take exit 45 A on left to merge onto I-35E North toward Denton
  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road
  • Turn right at Inwood
  • Exit Harry Hines Boulevard northbound
  • The first stop light is Record Crossing, turn left
  • The Professional Office Buildings are on the left

From Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

  • Go south on International Pkwy S/TX97 Spur S (Portions Toll)
  • Merge onto TX183 E toward Dallas/Irving
  • TX183 E becomes I-35E South
  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road
  • Turn left at Inwood
  • Exit Harry Hines Boulevard northbound
  • The first stop light is Record Crossing, turn left

From Dallas Love Field Airport

  • Head southeast on Cedar Springs Road toward Inwood Road
