If an overnight sleep study is required, our six-bed sleep laboratory is a comfortable and spacious testing center that includes equipment that monitors brain activity, cardiac activity, breathing pauses and snoring, oxygen monitoring, chest and abdominal activity, and leg movements. The laboratory is located adjacent to University Hospital - St. Paul, in Professional Office Building 2, and provides private bedrooms and bathrooms for our patients’ comfort. Patients are monitored throughout the night by clinical staff trained and experienced in sleep studies.

Arrangements for wheelchairs or other special assistance for patient visits on campus can be made through UT Southwestern Guest and Patient Services by calling 214-648-0606.
