The Oncology Imaging Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center uses a variety of medical examinations to accurately diagnose and treat patient conditions. These examinations include:
- Combined CT/PET scans
- Computed tomography (CT) scans
- Diagnostic mammography
- Magnetic resonance (MR) spectroscopy
- Positron emission tomography (PET) scans
- Prostate ultrasound
- Radiographs
- Stereotactic targeting
- Mammography
- Nuclear medicine scans and uptakes, including radioactive iodine (I-131) whole body scans
