Pelvic disorders affect millions of individuals, regardless of gender or age, and often compromise one’s quality of life. UT Southwestern Medical Center’s Pelvic Disorders Program is a multi-disciplinary team offering the latest diagnostic techniques and treatment options to help patients suffering from these disorders. Our program also offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs to treat pelvic-related conditions in a thorough and conservative manner.

Pelvic Disorders
Our program offers treatment for a wide range of pelvic disorders, including:

  • Urinary and fecal incontinence
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Pelvic pain
  • Overactive bladder
  • Constipation
  • Sexual dysfunction
  • Coccydynia (tailbone pain)
  • Dyspareunia (pain with intercourse)

Pelvic disorders can have several contributing factors, including age, pregnancy, hormonal changes and injuries. Patient care at UT Southwestern begins with a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, so an individualized treatment plan can be developed.
