Robyn Horsager-Boehrer, M.D.
Dr. Robyn Horsager is an associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology and the medical director of obstetrics and gynecology at UT Southwestern University Hospital. She earned her medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed her residency and further training in obstetrics and gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Horsager holds the Luis Lieb, M.D. Professorship in Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology as well as maternal-fetal medicine and is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
As part of the maternal-fetal medicine team, Dr. Horsager's primary focus is ultrasonography and prenatal diagnosis. She has many years of experience caring for women who are at high risk for developing problems during pregnancy. As a mother of twins herself, she offers her patients a unique perspective on the management and delivery of twins.

Julie Lo, M.D.
Dr. Julie Lo is an associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UT Southwestern and furthered her training in maternal-fetal medicine through the fellowship program there. She is board certified both in obstetrics and gynecology and in maternal-fetal medicine.
Dr. Lo is a member of several organizations including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Medical Association, and Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
In addition to providing a full range of high-risk pregnancy services to her private patients, Dr. Lo also conducts clinical research within the maternal-fetal medicine division. Current studies include the impact of cervical surgery on pregnancy outcomes, gestational diabetes and the use of the drug misoprostol for labor induction.

Patricia Santiago-Muñoz, M.D.
Dr. Patricia Santiago-Muñoz is an assistant professor at UT Southwestern. She received her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Puerto Rico, where she was chief resident. After two years in academic and private practice, where she was honored by her residents with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists faculty award, she moved to Dallas and completed a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at UT Southwestern.
Dr. Santiago-Muñoz is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is also a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and a fellow of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
Dr. Santiago-Muñoz speaks French and Spanish. She provides the full spectrum of high-risk obstetrical services, but ultrasonography is an area of special interest.

Michael Zaretsky, M.D.
Since completing his fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine at UT Southwestern in 2004, Dr. Michael Zaretsky has been helping women who are at high risk for developing complications during their pregnancies.
Dr. Zaretsky offers the full spectrum of maternal-fetal medicine services, including prenatal genetic counseling and diagnostic procedures like ultrasound imaging, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), and fetal blood sampling.
Dr. Zaretsky specializes in the management of medical conditions that may adversely affect a pregnant woman as well as her unborn child. In some cases, treatment can be performed before birth. In others, Dr. Zaretsky works closely with pediatric subspecialists at UT Southwestern and Children’s Medical Center to coordinate care for newborns who need specialized treatment following delivery.
Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine, Dr. Zaretsky joined the faculty at UT Southwestern Medical Center as an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology in 2006 following two years in private practice.
Dr. Zaretsky received a bachelor of science and medical degree from the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. In 1997, he moved to Dallas where he completed residency training at Baylor University Medical Center prior to beginning his fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at UT Southwestern.
Dr. Zaretsky is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Dallas County Medical Association, and the Texas Medical Association.
He also serves as a coordinator for the Dallas center of the North American Fetal Therapy Network – a voluntary association of medical centers with multidisciplinary clinical prenatal diagnosis and treatment programs including programs for advanced in utero therapeutic procedures.
