Tam Truong, M.D.
Dr. Truong is an associate professor and medical director of the Comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynecology Program at UT Southwestern.
Born in Vietnam, Dr. Truong has resided in the Dallas area since 1975. After receiving his medical degree from the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1987, he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Methodist Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital and then joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 1991.
Dr. Truong is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Dr. Truong brings an infectious energy to his medical practice and provides obstetrical as well as gynecological and well-woman preventative care. As the father of five, he knows that each pregnancy – like each child – is different. He is committed to promoting good health, longevity and well being for each of his patients.

A. Thomas Hyslop, MD.
A 1988 graduate of Southwestern Medical School, Dr. Hyslop – Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology – joined the team of faculty-physicians in the Comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynecology program in 2012 following 20 years as a private practitioner in Dallas.
A native of Texas, Dr. Hyslop received his BS in Biology from Texas A&M. Following medical school, he completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Paul Medical Center before entering private practice.
Dr. Hyslop is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He provides a comprehensive range of obstetrical and gynecological services including both routine and high-risk pregnancy care as well as well-woman examinations, evaluation and treatment of gynecologic disorders, and gynecological surgery.
A longtime resident of Coppell, Dr. Hyslop is active in his local community, church, and school district. When away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Dr. Hyslop was listed among the best doctors in Dallas in the 2005 edition of D Magazine. He is a member of the Dallas County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Medical Association, and the American Urogynecologic Association.

Farnaz Jahangiri, M.D.
Dr. Jahangiri – assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology – came to UT Southwestern from Austin where she was in private practice from 2007-2011. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she received her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University Medical School where she was chief resident during her 4th year.
Dr. Jahangiri is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is trained in minimally invasive surgery, including endometrial ablation, hysteroscopic (no incision) sterilization, and robotic surgery using the da Vinci Robot.
People are surprised to learn that Dr. Jahangiri moved to the United States when she was 10 and to discover that Farsi – not English – is her first language. They tell her that she’s “as American as apple pie.” Having experienced first hand the lost feeling of being in a medical system where everyone speaks English, she can relate to patients whose first language is not English. She’s been translating for family members at doctor’s visits ever since she can remember.
Dr. Jahangiri provides obstetrical, gynecological and well-woman care to women of all ages. When she’s not working, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her husband and baby daughter.

Xercerla Littles, M.D.
Dr. Littles is an associate professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.
Dr. Littles is a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She serves on the medical advisory board for the African American Breast Cancer Outreach Project and is on the board of directors of the Hope for Children Foundation.
As well as providing comprehensive care to mothers and their unborn children, Dr. Littles is dedicated to improving the quality of health for women of all ages. She chose obstetrics and gynecology as a specialty because it allows her to form fulfilling and lasting relationships with her patients during all phases of life. She enjoys educating patients of all ages about women’s health issues, and believes that an ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure.

Ann Lutich, M.D.
Dr. Lutich – assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology – received her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 1986. After completing residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at UT Southwestern and Parkland Memorial Hospital in 1990, she went into private practice at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Since then, she has built an outstanding reputation as one of the leading women’s health practitioners in the Dallas area.
In the 2003, 2004, 2006, and 2007 editions of D Magazine, Dr. Lutich was named as one of the Best Doctors in Dallas for obstetrics and gynecology. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and has been certified in advanced laparoscopy by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
Dr. Lutich is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the American Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery, the Texas Medical Association, and the Dallas County Medical Society.
Dr. Lutich provides prenatal and obstetrical care, gynecological/well-woman preventative care, and gynecological surgery – including minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery.

Connie Roberts, D.O.
Dr. Roberts – assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology – joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2012 after 15 years in private practice in Dallas. A graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, she received her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Dallas/Fort Worth Medical Center in Grand Prairie and Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri.
Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Osteopathic Board, Dr. Roberts provides obstetrical, gynecological, and well-woman care to women of all ages. She enjoys counseling women who are planning to become pregnant as well as caring for women who have complex gynecological problems.

Frances Rosenbaum, M.D.
After completing residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at UT Southwestern and Parkland Memorial Hospital, Dr. Rosenbaum – assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology – joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2008. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she received her medical degree in 2004 from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.
Dr. Rosenbaum is fluent in English and Spanish. Like the other specialists in comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology, she believes in establishing long-term relationships with her patients and provides obstetrical, gynecological, and well-woman care to women of all ages. Her primary interests are in treating adolescents and young adults and in prenatal care.

Tiffany Bogan Woodus, M.D.
Dr. Woodus – assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology – joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2010 following completion of a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UT Southwestern and Parkland Memorial Hospital. A graduate of Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, she received the doctor of medicine degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in Little Rock.
Dr. Woodus speaks both English and Spanish. During her residency, she excelled as a teacher. Today, her patients benefit from this ability along with her meticulous clinical skills. Her clinical interests include adolescent and young adult care, women’s preventative care, obstetrics, and gynecology.
A caring individual who believes in helping others, Dr. Woodus has been a volunteer at back-to-school health fairs, served on a medical mission to Honduras, and led a team in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. In her off hours, she enjoys reading, dancing, and travel.
Her professional affiliations include the Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
