UT Southwestern Medical Center physicians take complex medical information about pelvic floor disorders and describe it to patients in easy-to-understand terms. We also offer patients access to educational materials that will help them learn more about urogynecology and why they are candidates for the treatment prescribed.
Patient education can make a significant difference in how patients approach urogynecology and pelvic floor disorders.
