Some of the dermatological conditions treated with phototherapy at UT Southwestern Medical Center include:

Actinic keratosis (pre-skin cancers)

  • Atopic eczema
  • Eczema
  • Lymphoma (cutaneous T cell lymphoma)
  • Polymorphic light eruption ("sun poisoning")Pruritus (itching)
  • Psoriasis
  • Scleroderma
  • Vitiligo (loss of skin color)

Please visit the Health Library to learn more about phototherapy and the conditions it treats.
