Lymphoma :: About Our Program

About Our Program | Conditions and Illnesses | Our Physicians | Patient Education Materials | Support Groups and Resources

UT Southwestern Medical Center offers some of the most advanced therapies available for the treatment of lymphomas, including cutaneous T-cell lymphoma or CTCL. Our program conducts groundbreaking research into the causes and cures for all types of lymphoma, and we are the only cutaneous T-cell lymphoma referral center in North Texas

Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) is a type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. CTCL first appears on the skin. In most patients, CTCL may be treated effectively by directing therapy against those skin manifestations. In cases in which the disease has advanced, our dermatology specialists work as team members with oncologists and other physicians.

Our clinical trials program gives patients access to treatments often unavailable at other health-care facilities. Depending on the specific condition, UT Southwestern can offer patients therapies that show particular promise years before these therapies are offered to the public.
