This frameless system delivers highly targeted radiation treatments using multiple small X-ray beams arranged in complex patterns, which are designed to eliminate cancer cells while preserving normal tissue.
After carefully evaluating the patient’s test results, a UT Southwestern neurosurgeon may perform a surgical biopsy to determine the exact nature of the illness.
