Alpha Omega Alpha inducts 37
Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society inducted 37 UT Southwestern medical students into its membership recently. According to the AOA, those selected are picked for their high academic standing, leadership among their peers, professionalism, a firm sense of ethics, promise of future success in medicine, and a commitment to service in the school and community. Dr. Greg Fitz, Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, Provost, and Dean of UT Southwestern Medical School, led the presentation of awards. Dr. Kevin Klein, Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Management, is the AOA Councilor for UT Southwestern.

Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society chose Mr. SoRelle for the award, and he will work in Dr. Beutler’s laboratory this summer.
