Time Capsule — May 2010

MAY 4, 1990

The first facility on the North Campus, the Mary Nell and Ralph B. Rogers Magnetic Resonance Center, opens. Three years earlier, UT Southwestern had received a gift of 30 acres of land from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation to begin campus expansion. The center marked the first step of the master plan for the site.
