All members of the UT&nbp;Southwestern Medical Center community are encouraged to take advantage of opportunities to get started on an aerobic exercise program. Improvements in cardiovascular fitness are possible when exercising at least 20 to 30 minutes in duration, three times per week.

Student Center incentive programs offer a team environment and exciting motivation to help you reach your goals! Earn your mileage by walking, running, cycling, swimming, fitness classes, weight lifting, or any variety of activities. Prizes are awarded to teams and individuals who meet or exceed their goals.
