Please provide the following information: (1) Please provide information on base pay, mid-range pay, and top pay for each rank of officers for your law enforcement agency and the length of time required to top out at each rank. (If you have a step pay plan in place, please provide a copy of the step plan); (2) Please provide information on base pay, mid-range pay, and top pay for dispatchers, administrative staff, and any other civilian staff for your law enforcement agency and the length of time required to top out at each position. (If you have a step pay plan in place, please provide a copy of the step plan); (3) Please provide information on Medicare and Social Security contribution rate that is paid by the employer. If your agency is exempt from Social Security contributions, please state in writing; (4) Please provide a list of additional pay that officers receive (i.e.: education pays, incentive pays, assignment pays) and the dollar values for each; (5) Please provide information on Retirement benefits including the name of the system, the amount of employer contribution, the amount of employee contribution, the vesting policy, and the earliest year that an employee can retire; (6) Please provide Information on cost of health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, including dollar value of employer contribution, dollar value of employee contribution. Please provide the same information for dependent coverage; (7) Please provide information on you agencies pay cycle and include the number of normal hours worked by an officer in a pay cycle. 8. Please provide information on how vacation and sick leave is accrued and the number of hours allotted monthly for each to an officer; (9) Please provide a list of holidays provided by your agency.
