I hereby request the following information:  (1) All Communications sent by outside counsel to UTSW to any entity identified by the attorney general in connection with OR2012-16351 as non privileged parties, including attorneys and staff of various DCICC participants, as well as attorneys and staff for [Parkland]; (2) All communications received from outside counsel to UTSW from any entity identified by the attorney general in connection with OR2012-16351 as non privileged parties, including attorneys and staff of various DCICC participants, as well as attorneys and staff for [Parkland]; (3) The emails and attachments or any portion thereof identified by the attorney general in connection with OR2012-16351 as "non-privileged emails."
