I am interested in studying post-translational modifications, specifically O-GlcNAc modification. Using the photocrosslinking technique developed by Dr. Seok-Ho Yu in the Kohler Lab, I will be extending our study of protein- protein interaction with other known O-GlcNAc modified proteins of interest.
