Education: B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology, Texas Tech University, 2010
When I'm in the Lab: I work on discovering the genes crucial to the development of pediatric yolk sac tumor (YST). I am creating in vivo and in vitro transgenic model systems to study the possible oncogenic role of HNF4a in YSTs.
When I'm not in the Lab: I enjoy reading science fiction and philosophy, playing board games, and all other kinds of nerdy stuff. I am married and have an adorable dog.
