Postdoctoral Fellowships and Training at UT Southwestern
The postdoctoral experience emphasizes scholarship and continued research through a training program administered by the Postdoctoral Affairs Office within the Southwestern Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Postdoctoral scholars conduct research under the general oversight of a faculty member in preparation for a career as a scientific professional. The postdoctoral scholar has the freedom, and is expected, to publish the results of his/her research during the period of the appointment.
