Biography

Dr. Ulissey is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and has subspecialty fellowship training in breast cancer, breast imaging, and magnetic resonance imaging. He speaks regularly on these subjects at medical education seminars and is also primarily responsible for teaching the art and science of breast imaging to physicians in training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. He was named Distinguished Physician of the Year at Parkland Hospital in 2009 and was named a Health Care Hero by the Dallas Business Journal in 2010. Prior to radiology Dr. Ulissey was in family practice and general practice with the United States Navy, and before going to medical school he worked for Chevron/Gulf Oil in West Africa.
