Dr. Eric S. Hoy teaches Basic and Clinical Immunology in the Medical Laboratory Sciences program. His major area of interest within immunology is the field of autoimmunity. Dr. Hoy does research directed toward finding better tests for the clinical laboratory to use in the diagnosis of these diseases. Dr. Hoy has presented seminars on the topic of autoimmunity for laboratory groups in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
