Biography

Dr. Hamann joined UT Southwestern as an Assistant Professor in Summer 2009. She has a primary appointment in the Department of Psychiatry (Division of Psychology) and a secondary appointment in the Department of Clinical Sciences.

Dr. Hamann received her MS in Human Genetics (Genetic Counseling) from the University of Michigan and her PhD in Psychology (speciality in Clinical Health) from the University of Utah.

Prior to joining UT Southwestern, Dr. Hamann was a faculty member at Washington State University and a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pittsburgh.
