Dr. Hynan is a biostatistician with expertise in multivariate statistics, longitudinal data analysis, psychometrics (including questionnaire development), models of judgment and decision making (multiattribute decision making), and uni- and multi-dimensional scaling. She is currently the biostatistician on several grants (Acute Liver Failure and Alzheimers Disease) and has served on several Data Safety and Monitoring boards. She is the Course Director for Conceptual Biostatistics for the Clinical Investigator (DCS 5309) and is one of the instructors for Biostatistics for Clinical Sciences II (DCS 5302) and Effective Data Management and Collection (DCS 5102). As a author and co-author, she has more than 160 peer-reviewed papers and abstracts.
