I was originally trained in physics and performed research in particle physics focusing on Monte Carlo simulations. I followed this by work in the modeling and simulation of nonlinear dynamical processes on complex networks. This interest led me to systems biology modeling and simulation. I am focusing on the simulation of G protein signaling modules and, more generally, cell signaling processes.
