SHOBHA S. RAO, M.D., She received her medical degree from Sri Venkateswara Medical College, Tirupati, India. Dr. Rao completed a family medicine residency at the UT Health Science Center, San Antonio, and completed a geriatric medicine fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Philadelphia.
