January 5, 2013 - HPREP Introduction and Career Day: (Gooch)

Day 1 features mentor sessions for students and a special presentation for parents.

8 - 8:30 a.m. –  Registration and Breakfast (Gooch)
8:30 - 8:40 a.m. – Welcome - Dr. Nesbitt - Parents and Students
8:40 - 8:50 a.m. – Introduction of speaker - Dr. Alexander
8:50 - 9:20 a.m. – Chuck Kettlewell - Registrar Director and Financial Aid
9:20 - 9:25 a.m.  – Breaking into groups
9:25 - 10:25 a.m.:
Students: Mentor Sessions with high school students – take roll, student evaluations, return to Gooch at 10:25 a.m.
Parents: Parents Presentation (Spanish – Mayra Olivares-Ureta – Gooch)
                Parents Presentation (English – Stuart Ravnik – D1.100)
Return to Gooch at 10:25 a.m.
10:25 - 11:50 a.m.  – Students and parents visit Career Health Booths (Gooch foyer) 
11:50 a.m. - noon – Dismissal

January 12, 2013 - Interactive Workshops: (Gooch)

Day 2 includes more hands-on training with mentors and student evaluations.
8 - 8:15 a.m.  – Breakfast and arrival  
8:20 - 8:45 a.m. – HPREP coordinator - Review agenda
8:50 - 11:15 a.m. – Visit Interactive Workshops/Library Sessions
11:20- 11:45 a.m.  – Mentor Sessions with high school students – take roll, student evaluations
11:45 a.m. – Return to Gooch
11:45 a.m. - noon – Dismissal

January 19, 2013 - Interactive Career Day 1 (Gooch)

More mentor sessions and evaluations.

8 - 8:15 a.m.  – Arrival and Breakfast
8:20 - 8:45 a.m.  – Review agenda
8:50 - 11:15 a.m.  – Visit Interactive Workshops/Library Sessions

January 26, 2013 - Interactive Career Day 2 (Meet in D1.700)

February 2, 2013 - Closing Day/Ceremony (Gooch)

Graduation Day and the College Fair are the highlights of Day 5.

9:35 - 11 a.m. – College Fair Students/Parents (Gooch Foyer)
11 - 11:30 a.m. – Mentor Sessions with high school students
