Breast Imaging

Breast Imaging Services is an important component of UT Southwestern’s Center for Breast Care, which is part of the world-renowned UT Southwestern Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center.

The Breast Imaging Services group is equipped with state-of-the-art digital and film technology to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including:

• Screening and diagnostic mammography
• Stereotactic breast biopsy
• Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy
• Fine needle aspiration
• Core biopsy
• Wire localization
