Julie Ross, MD
2010-2011
Dr. Ross completed her psychiatry residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital in Boston. She received her BS from the University of Texas and her MD/PhD at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2006.
Philip Chung, MD
2010-2011
Dr. Chung completed his psychiatry training at University of Maryland-Sheppard Pratt in Baltimore. He received his MD from the University of Illinois-Chicago and his BA from University of California Berkeley.

Padmaja Puppala, MD
2009-2010
Dr. Puppala graduated from the Addiction program and is working on the Addiction Team at the Dallas VA Medical Center.
Anthony Mazzarulli, MD
2008-2009
Dr. Mazzarulli attended undergraduate at Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA and obtained his medical training at New Jersey Medical School. He began his psychiatry residency at Medical University of South Carolina and completed his residency on the research track at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He now practices at Green Oaks Behavioral Healthcare in Dallas, conducts research at the University of North Texas, and teaches Behavioral Science for the USMLE for Falcon Physician Reviews.

Dr. Cather completed the Addiction program and has his psychiatric practice in Dallas, Texas.
Glenn M. Horwitz, MD
2005-2006
Dr. Horwitz completed the Addiction program and is in private practice in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
Arvind G. Singh, MD

Dr. Singh completed his Child and Addiction Fellowships and is in practice at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, Prince Edward, Canada. He is board certified in General Psychiatry and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Christopher Lord, MD
2004-2005
Dr. Lord attended undergraduate at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and obtained his psychiatric training at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He is board certified in both Addiction Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry and has a thriving clinical practice in Charlotte, NC, where he regularly consults with the McLeod Addictive Disease Center and the Dilworth Center for Chemical Dependency and serves as a forensic consultant.
Muneeza Hayee, MD

Dr. Hayee completed her psychiatry residency at the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Fort Worth and the Addiction fellowship program. She currently works at the Bonham VA Medical Center as the Team Leader of the Mental Hygiene Clinic.
Hisham Ibrahim, MD
2002-2003
Dr. Ibrahim received his undergraduate and medical training at the American University of Beurit, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Neuroscience at the University of Michigan. He continued at the University of Michigan for his first three years of psychiatric training, finishing up his residency at the UT Southwestern. Dr. Ibrahim is now an assistant professor at UT Southwestern, a team leader and staff psychiatrist at the VA North Texas Health Care System, and the director of medical student psychiatry clerkships.
Sidarth Wakhlu, MD
2002-2003
Dr. Wakhlu trained at the Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India, and obtained his residency training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and University of Tennessee College of Medicine. After completion of his addiction psychiatry fellowship, Dr. Wakhlu joined the UT Southwestern Medicine faculty and has been the medical director of the Substance Abuse Team at the VA North Texas Health Care System since 2005. He has been the director of the Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship since 2007. Dr. Wakhlu is board certified in Addiction Psychiatry (ABPN) and Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
