Hoffhines appointed to AAMC's Organization of Resident Representatives
Adam Hoffhines, M.D., has been appointed to serve a 2-year term in the Organization of Resident Representatives (ORR) of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).
He is one of two pathology residents selected nationwide by the Association of Pathology Chairs to represent the specialty to the AAMC. His involvement will include attending meetings, including the annual meetings of the AAMC and the annual Professional Development Conference.
The mission of the AAMC's Organization of Resident Representatives is to improve resident physician education and training for the purpose of improving the quality of health care. The ORR improves residency education through programming and professional development, and supports AAMC initiatives and goals by providing a resident voice in the AAMC.
Dr. Hoffhines is a PGY-4 AP/CP pathology resident here at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
