Faculty Associate, Audiology

Requirements and Duties:
The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Faculty Associate in Audiology. Responsibilities in clinical audiology will include provision of a full range of Audiological services to patients of all ages. Principal duties include: audiological evaluation, electrophysiological testing (ABR, ECoG, VEMP), vestibular evaluation (ENG/VNG, platform posturography, sinusoidal harmonic acceleration), otoacoustic emissions and universal newborn hearing screening. Additional service area opportunities include: hearing aid evaluation and dispensing and cochlear implant services. Opportunity for clinical research exists. The candidate must have a masters or doctoral degree and a license in Audiology for the State of Texas. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology preferred.
