Events like our Resident & Alumni Day and CME conferences and lectureships would not be possible without the generosity of Ophthalmology residents and fellow alumni.

If you are a former resident or fellow and have not yet joined the AlumnEye Association, or would like to renew your membership, please complete the application form. Your $100 membership comes with:

• Acknowledgement in the next issue of the AlumnEye News, and at Alumni Day
• A reduced price for your dinner on Alumni Day
• Reduced costs for CME credit and lectureship courses
• One free drink ticket at the alumni reception during the AAO meeting

The 2011-2012 membership year runs from September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2012.
