Computational Biology/Bioinformatic Core

Description

The Computational Biology/Bioinformatic Core provides services to manage and analyze next-generation sequencing data. The team includes individuals with skills in bioinformatics and computer science. The core provides two services:

• Basic processing of next-generation sequencing data generated in the McDermott Center. The support for this analysis is included in sequencing price.
• Customize data analysis tailored to the needs of individual projects. Charges for this service will be negotiated based on the nature and complexity of the analysis.

Automatic Data Processing

Pipelines have been established for the major classes of analysis using established software. Results wil be made available for downloading.
