Hospital Medicine

The physicians in our Hospitalist Program specialize in high quality and efficient care of patients requiring inpatient medical care. Hospitalist faculty manage many busy non-teaching and teaching inpatient general medical services at Parkland Memorial Hospital, St. Paul University Hospital, and Zale Lipshy University Hospital.

They also help staff the medical consult and perioperative assessment services at each site. Working in close collaboration, the team of hospitalist physicians, mid-level providers, and other allied health professionals provide round-the-clock, in-house, bedside care to patients throughout their stay.
