Faculty Position

The Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an individual with a strong clinical background in adult thoracic surgery for a position at the professor level within the Division of Thoracic Surgery. Experience with thoracic malignancy and esophageal disease is preferred along with a commitment to education and experience in basic or clinical research. Candidates should have a strong academic interest and a focus within general thoracic surgery. Applicants must be American Board of Thoracic Surgery certified or eligible and must be eligible for Texas medical licensure.
