MS3 Colleges
During each required third-year clerkship, students write a one-page reflection essay based upon a clinical or interpersonal encounter on the wards or clinics. At least one time during the third year, each student will meet with their mentor and his/her second-year students to discuss one of the encounters.
MS4 Colleges
Fourth-year students interested in teaching are paired with mentor groups to provide peer mentoring of physical exam, clinical skills, and professional development.
