Registration has been reopened and extended until Wednesday, September 18, 2013.

UT Southwestern Faculty, Fellows, Residents, and Staff – Complimentary
Nurses – Complimentary
Non-UTSW Physicians – $100

A $50 handling fee will be deducted from cancellation refunds. Refund requests must be received by mail or fax prior to September 13, 2013.  No refunds will be made thereafter.

The symposium location has changed to:

Parking

Visitor Parking is available in the parking garage entered from 6001 Forest Park, located adjacent to the T. Boone Pickens Biomedical Building. The garage entrance is to the right of the front building entrance. The garage elevators will take you to the third floor. Signs will be posted to assist you.
*Please note: Due to new UTSW parking regulations, all UTSW faculty and staff must park in their designated parking areas as indicated by their parking permit. Anyone not in compliance will be ticketed by UTSW security. Please utilize campus shuttle services or nearby city public parking areas as applicable.
