Welcome to the Annual Enrollment 2008 Website
The Annual Enrollment 2008 program is scheduled throughout the month of July beginning Tuesday, July 1 and ending Thursday, July 31.
During this time period, benefits eligible employees and retirees are invited to review their current selections, evaluate and submit changes to their insurances, and/or enroll in the UT Flex Medical or Day Care reimbursement programs. All requests must be received by 12:00 midnight on July 31, 2008 to be effective September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009.
The annual enrollment website makes finding information easy and electronic enrollment a breeze. Try the website buttons that take you to a complete virtual Annual Enrollment Packet including the summary of changes, calendar of events, a comprehensive video presentation, detail information in the insurance guide and wellness services, as well as 'tabs' to access Resources, Electronic Enrollment, and Forms. Before you leave the annual enrollment website, click the 'Feedback' tab to complete the employee survey regarding your annual enrollment experience.
The benefits staff will not be housed at Gooch Auditorium. However, the benefits staff are available to lend assistance with any of your questions about the insurances, website navigation, or other matters. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
