Welcome to the UT Southwestern Medical Center Annual Enrollment 2007 program website www.utsouthwestern.edu/annualenrollment2007 .  We hope you find the services easy to use, convenient 24/7 access, and information links that provide you and your family with useful information.

The Annual Enrollment 2007 program is scheduled throughout the month of July beginning Sunday, July 1 and ending Tuesday, July 31. 

During this time period, benefits eligible employees and retirees are invited to review their current selections, evaluate and submit changes to their insurances, and/or enroll in the UT Flex reimbursement programs.  All requests for changes and enrollments in the UT Flex programs must be received by 12:00 midnight July 31, 2007 to be effective September 1, 2007 through August 31, 2008.

Note:  When requesting to add an eligible dependent to the medical plan, or electing long term disability and/or increasing life insurance levels, the insurance company will contact you directly and in writing, at your home address regarding possible questions or confirmation of approval/denial.  Coverage will be added and premiums will commence following UT Southwestern Medical Center receipt of the provider approval.
