Friends of the Center for Human Nutrition
Friends of the Center for Human Nutrition have joined together to promote the lifelong benefits of good nutrition and wellness and to take a positive role in the broader and costly health issues related to nutrition, such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
By joining the Friends of the Center for Human Nutrition, you will:
- Support promising scientists to help ensure the ongoing excellence of nutrition research.
- Receive invitations to attend regular presentations from distinguished scientists in disciplines affected by nutrition, including heart disease, obesity, and diabetes. In addition to scheduled events for all Friends, the Younger Friends enjoy two events each year focused on food-related topics.
- Receive the quarterly Center for Human Nutrition Newsletter, the bimonthly Fresh News nutrition tips, and other communications.
Annual membership in the Friends of the Center for Human Nutrition is a tax-deductible contribution of $1,000 per individual or couple. Membership in the Younger Friends is $500 for those under the age of 45, and $250 for those 40 and younger. Larger gifts to support the work of the Center's researchers are always appreciated.
