Nursing Mothers’ Resources
Women's Resource Center
The Women’s Resource Center is located next to Labor and Delivery at St. Paul University Hospital. It is designed to assist and educate pregnant women and new mothers, offering many services, including one-on-one assistance, classes, and support groups. For more information: 214-645-1545.
For your convenience, breast pumps are available for sale and rent from the Women's Center. For rooms with a hospital grade pumps, mothers should purchase a personal pumping kit that fits the electric pumps located in those rooms.
Nursing Mothers’ Rooms
Specific locations of the Mothers’ Rooms/Lactation Rooms and registration procedures to access these facilities are available to UTSW employees by contacting employeewellnessprogram@utsouthwestern.edu. OWC recently worked with the Administration to add a new Mothers’ Room in the NA building and will be updating existing rooms. General information about the Mothers’ Rooms is summarized below.
