CME Courses

In 2010, the Office of Continuing Medical Education offered a total of 2,514.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for activities held in various locations throughout the nation. Attendance totaled 38,647 participants collectively for all accredited activities.

Of those participants, 91 percent rated the educational content and overall quality of our activities as excellent. And 85 percent agreed that the presentations provided something new that they intend to apply to their practice. These results demonstrate the value of CME and reinforce the need to update physician knowledge and skills through continuing professional development.
